All who are travelling to the Edmonton airport on Wednesday, July 5 and Thursday, July 6 should have received an email with personalized instructions from djeffrey@burmanu.ca – email immediately if this is not true for you. This is the general current transportation out for those who have made arrangements. Those living off-campus have specific meeting locations or pickup points.

Specifically, for those leaving immediately after the program on Wednesday (whose flights are scheduled to depart between 3:15 p.m. and 6:15 p.m.), be sure to check out of your residence and have your luggage in Lakeview Hall lobby (for Maple and Lakeview residents) before the 9:00 meeting. We will pick you up immediately after the meeting to take you to the airport for flights beginning at 3:15 p.m.
